What you may have worked for months to grow, nourish and protect can be devastated in a matter of minutes. Guarantee your outcome – get the right crop insurance with the right agents, your InsuraCrop Agents.
You may be asking yourself, who are these InsuraCrop Agents? Are they really the “experts in my field?” The answer is yes, and here is why.
Greg Wieker began his career in insurance in 1989 when he starting working for the John Sieh Agency. Since that time, Greg has sold and serviced multi-peril crop insurance, Pasture Rangeland and Forage coverage, Livestock Risk Protection, crop hail insurances and property and casualty insurance in multiple states. In 2013, he was awarded the first ever Crop Agent of the Year Award by the Independent Insurance Agents of South Dakota and also received the 2013 Making a Difference award from the Aberdeen Area Chamber of Commerce. Greg not only has experience with crop insurance, but also growing crops with his brother on their family farm. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, Greg is a proud alumni of Northern State University. Greg is involved in the Aberdeen community where he resides with his wife Rhonda. They have 2 children, Mikayla and Malek.
Richard Bachmeier’s professional journey began as John Sieh Agency’s head accountant in 1992 after graduating from Northern State University with a degree in Accounting. In 1996, Rich made the decision to work alongside Greg as a crop insurance agent in addition to his accounting role. After 30+ years of service, his knowledge, attention to detail, and organizational nature continue to serve as a valuable asset to everybody around him.
Outside of the office, you’ll catch Rich enjoying an active, hands-on lifestyle. His interests include woodworking, archery hunting, running, or working around the house. Residing in his hometown of Aberdeen, Rich values quality time with his wife, Cindy, and their goldendoodle Charli!
Anthony Bachmeier has known crop insurance his entire life. Learning the business firsthand from his father and Greg Wieker, who began selling crop insurance together in the late 1980’s, provided Anthony priceless insight to successfully serving our agricultural community. Anthony proudly became a full-time agent in 2020 after graduating top of his class from South Dakota State University with degrees in Ag Business, Banking and Finance, Communication, and Entrepreneurship.
Today, Anthony serves producers across eastern South Dakota and North Dakota with the same values InsuraCrop was rooted in decades ago: program integrity, hard work, and building long-term relationships on trust. Outside of the office you will find Anthony archery hunting whitetail, running marathons, completing home projects, and spending time outside with his wife Rachel and their goldendoodle Winston. Anthony looks forward to the years of opportunity ahead serving our agricultural community and growing a family in his hometown of Aberdeen.
Kathy Eisenbeisz worked at John Sieh Insurance Agency as a customer service representative. This is where she developed a working relationship with Richard Bachmeier and Greg Wieker. She now works at InsuraCrop as their customer service representative. She enjoys meeting and greeting clients as they enter the office. She lives in Warner, SD with her husband Jeff. They have a daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren.
